How do I get started with StrideAI?

Download the StrideAI app from the App Store, create an account, and complete the onboarding process. Our AI coach will guide you through your first workout and personalize your experience based on your fitness level.

What devices are compatible with StrideAI?

Stride AI: Run Buddy is available for iPhone and iPad devices running iOS or iPadOS 15.1 or later. Apple Watch support requires watchOS 10.0 or later.

How does the AI coaching work?

Our AI analyzes your real-time workout data including pace, distance, cadence, and heart rate to provide personalized audio feedback and motivation. The coaching adapts to your performance and goals throughout each session.

Can I use StrideAI without an internet connection?

While basic workout tracking works offline, the AI coaching features require an internet connection to provide real-time feedback. Your workout data will sync once you're back online.
