How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your StrideAI account and all associated data directly from the app. Follow these steps:

1. Open the StrideAI app on your device
2. Navigate to Settings (tap the gear icon)
3. Scroll down to the Support section
4. Tap "Deactivate my account"
5. Confirm your decision in the dialog that appears

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Profile Information: Your name, email address, and account settings
• Workout History: All recorded running sessions, routes, and performance metrics
• Health & Fitness Data: Pace, distance, cadence, heart rate data, and coaching insights
• Location Data: All GPS route data and location history
• Preferences: Your coaching preferences, notification settings, and app customizations

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed immediately from our active systems. Some anonymized, aggregated data (which cannot be used to identify you) may be retained to improve our AI coaching algorithms. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before being permanently purged from our systems.
